Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • It must be attached with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items such as sale items may not be eligible for returns/exchange.

Send us a DM or WhatsApp +6012-6711913 with the reason about the product you wish to return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is authorised, we will send you shipping instructions on how to send your item back to us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. 

Refunds

Please note that any refunds for returned items will not be issued in the original payment method used. Instead, the total amount of your purchase, excluding any shipping costs, will be converted into store credit, which can be used for future purchases at stellar.withlove.

This store credit will be applied to your account within 7 business days after we process your return and confirm that the items meet our return policy requirements.

All orders are processed within 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. For pre-order items or items with longer lead times, the estimated shipping date will be mentioned on the product page. We will always keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in the email or by visiting the shipping website’s tracking page and entering your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia)

We offer the following shipping options for all domestic orders:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: RM 7 (West Malaysia) / RM 15 (East Malaysia)
  • Buy 2 to enjoy FREE shipping

2. Overnight Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1 business day
  • Cost: RM 10 (West Malaysia)

3. Grab or Lalamove Delivery
For same-day or on-demand delivery via Grab or Lalamove, customers are responsible for covering the delivery cost. The shipping fee will be calculated and paid directly to the driver upon delivery.

1. Select the "Grab/Lalamove" option at checkout.
2. Our team will contact you once your order is ready for pickup.
3. You can then book a rider or driver via your Grab or Lalamove app, and pay for the delivery service.

Please note that this service is only available for orders within the service areas of Grab/Lalamove.

4. Self Pick-Up
We offer a convenient self pick-up option for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and easy pick-up experience.

1. At checkout, select the Self Pick-Up option.
2. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email or text from our team to arrange the pick-up date and time.
3. Pick-up location will be in Cheras area, exact location will be sent in confirmation email or text.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Cost is to be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping fees.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over when you purchase 2 or more items. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking number for assistance. We recommend reaching out to the courier as they can provide the most accurate information regarding your package’s status. 

If further assistance is needed, please feel free to contact our customer service and we will do our best to help guide you through the process.

If an item is currently out of stock, you may place a backorder by contacting us directly. Please WhatsApp us at +6012-6711913 to inquire about item availability and estimated restock times. We will provide you with the expected arrival date and confirm if a backorder can be placed.

Please note:

  • Backorder availability is based on supplier stock and demand, and arrival dates may vary.
  • Payment for backordered items may be required to secure your reservation, which we will confirm during your inquiry.
  • Once your backorder is confirmed, we’ll keep you updated on the status and notify you when the item is ready to ship.

Measurement Information

Please note that all measurements are taken with the garment laid flat on a table and measured from left to right. The measurements are listed in centimeters (cm).

Keep in mind that there may be slight variations of 1-2 cm in the measurements due to manual measuring methods. 

How to Measure

For the best results, use a flexible measuring tape and measure directly on your body. Wear minimal clothing for accurate measurements.

Bust/Chest:
Measure around the fullest part of your bust/chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Waist:
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically an inch or two above your belly button.

Hips:
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.

Length:
i) Tops, Dresses, and Outerwear
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder down to where you want the hem of the garment to fall. 

ii) Pants and Skirt (Full Length)
To measure the full length of pants or skirt, measure from the waistline down to the hem.

General Care Tips

1. Wash Similar Fabrics Together

Separate clothing by fabric type and colour. Wash delicates separately from heavier fabrics, and always wash dark and light colours separately to prevent bleeding.

2. Avoid Overloading the Machine

Overloading can cause garments to rub against each other excessively, leading to pilling or fabric damage. Make sure clothes have enough room to move freely.

3. Use Cold or Lukewarm Water

Hot water can shrink, fade, or damage certain fabrics. Use cold or lukewarm water for most washes, especially for delicate fabrics.

Specialty Garments

1. Embellished or Delicate Items (Diamonds, Beads, Sequins, Lace, Feathers):

- MUST use dry wash 
- Air dry flat to avoid stretching or damaging delicate fabrics.
- Avoid direct heat or ironing over embellishments.

2. Knits:

- Hand wash or use a delicate cycle with cold water.
- Lay flat to dry, reshaping the garment to its original form.
- Avoid hanging, as this can cause stretching.

3. Outerwear (Jackets, Coats):

- Many outerwear items may require dry cleaning.
- Spot clean where possible to avoid over-washing.
